As an indihacker, I think we are all a little bit susceptible to being dreamers. But does anyone else suffer from a fear of success?
I find that it causes me to change and switch projects before completing them. Or building but not marketing or wanting to tell anyone.
What if it's successful and I have to scale up or it crashes or it's so well outside of my capabilities to handle?
I still don't understand servers and scaling and security and what if the entire app's success hinges on one of these pillars?
Has anyone else suffered a fear of success in indiehacking? And what did you do to overcome it?
Fear of success quickly evaporates after weeks of unsuccessful attempts to get someone to at least take a look at your product.
