Don't you hate it when a SaaS offers a 4-tiered pricing plan?
Each tier has 20 different, vaguely explained items, and inconsistent limit numbers all across. 😵💫
For example, if you need features X and Y, you should go for the Pro plan for $1,214/mo. 💸
After you've paid for it, oopsie, feature Z is not available. You need to upgrade to the Enterprise plan to access it at $1,920/mo. 💸💸💸
Almost feels like it was intentionally made complicated to deceive customers, just almost. 🤏
That's why Mida.so opted for a straightforward, usage-based pricing model. Everything is included; we don't force our customers to upgrade just because of one additional feature.
Keeping it stupidly simple and only pay for what you need.
I also hate it whenever I need to pull up my own pricing plan to go through different tiered pricing myself to get back to a potential customers on their needs.
What do you think?
I think a lot of software over-constrains its users
