Own a brick and mortar business? Tell me if my website works for you...

Having owned a beauty salon with my wife previously, there were a lot of issues we faced with regular customers, bookings and retaining customer loyalty.
We ended up finding a sweet spot with this (without spoiling the surprise), to which I've turned into a software for all brick and mortar stores.

What I'm looking for:

  • Do you understand the offering - is it clear?
  • If you own a non-software business, is the problem and benefit something that peaks your interest?
  • What do you like about the website?
  • What don't you like about the website?
  • What would you change?

FYI this also works for other non-brick and mortar businesses as well, such as cleaners, eCommerce stores and more.

Here it is: https://scanable.com.au

  1. 1

The call to action is weird, what if you're already selling - you're just making me do memberships - so shouldn't it be like -> Build your membership system

Next, I wonder, if i click the CTA where am I brought? is this free? There's no text about what to expect when I click basically

The image is confusing, subscribe and save...subscribe to what? You mean become a member and save? BTW as a customer of a brick and mortar I would HATE to signup to something at checkout phase. You should advertise this as I 'enter' the shop.

See it in action, you need to move the QR code closer to the middle and align it

Bookings Marketing Loyalty - it's cool to use keywords but...can you give me more
perhaps "60% of membership based businesses sign more bookings" or something along these lines

Make your testimonial stand out with a picture from the owner
