P1Loop is born

My husband and I built P1loop after realizing how chaotic urgent communication becomes in fast-moving teams.

Restaurants, events, hospitality, service businesses — when something critical happens, teams are often relying on scattered texts, missed messages, WhatsApp groups, or Slack channels filled with noise.

The real problem isn’t messaging.

It’s urgency.

When something truly important happens, people need to immediately know:

  • what’s happening

  • who saw it

  • who’s handling it

  • what still needs action

We kept asking ourselves:
Why are teams still handling operational emergencies through buried group chats?

That question led us to build P1loop.

We’re still early, and honestly the hardest part so far hasn’t been building the app — it’s figuring out distribution and getting in front of the right operators.

Would love feedback from anyone who has sold software into restaurants, hospitality, or operations-heavy industries.
