I signed up a long time, going to a month I think, so I run a productized social media management service, I offer a 7 day free trial.. So my subscribers 7 days trial expired and I began to receive payment for my service yesterday on Sunday, so this morning I opening the account and saw a net of $309... So I left it and went back to work.. So I wanted to log in again because a subscriber had issues with his card, so I wanted to check if it has worked. On trying to log in, I saw "your account has been suspended " ... I have been messaging them on anywhere I could find them to at least refund my subscribers their money. So I can use other platform.. Help, if you know anyone.. I don't know if their founder is here as well.. Thank you.

I left them... They said they don't support service businesses only SaaS services where human input isn't needed.
Ugh. That must have been a pain!
I guess it has something to do with them being a merchant, the EU Vat law and TBE (telecommunications, broadcasting and electronic) services.
What did you decide to use in the end then?
