For a long time, I kept running into the same small frustration.
I’d read a great article online — an essay, a blog post, a piece of documentation — and I wanted to save it properly.
Not as a messy bookmark.
Not as a broken PDF.
And definitely not as a copy-paste disaster.
I tried everything: browser print tools, note apps, random converters.
Nothing felt clean or reliable.
So I ended up building a tiny tool for myself.
The idea was simple:
paste a link → get a clean document I can actually work with.
I’ve been using it quietly to archive long-form writing, research pieces, and reference material.
It helped me focus more on reading and less on formatting.
If you’re someone who reads a lot on the web and likes keeping things offline or editable, you might appreciate this approach too.
I’m still refining it, mostly based on my own habits — but I’m curious how others deal with this problem.
Do you save articles you care about?
If so, how?
