Paid gig: looking for a CMO/Fractional CMO/marketing expert/marketing & sales expert

Hey! I am currently building magnificode.net, which is a software engineering agency(tech b2b). We're growing at a good pace but I would like to accelerate it and reach more potential clients.

Ideally you should have a solid marketing experience and be able to be hands on (editing videos, copy etc). We'd be working together.
