Cool, I really like this idea! Just out of curiosity. Will the restaurant be able to upload a picture of the plate? From a customer's perspective I am very visual, and when I go to a new restaurants I do not know how the plate looks like, even if the menu clearly states the ingredients lol. Anyhow, I wish you all the best!
