✅ Feeling blocked ✅ Feeling unfocused ✅ Feeling unmotivated ✅ Having too many unknowns
Sitting down with someone (or using something like @r00k's Tuple can shrink weeks of struggle down to making a ton of progress in an hour. 😉
I wonder how much of this is personal work preference/personality? I think my productivity would really tank if I tried to work that way...and I would definitely strongly dislike it (probably hate it).
Additionally, it's a great way to learn and/or teach, intentionally or accidentally. One of my college professors did studies on it and wrote a book that's pretty decent. It's old, but most of it probably holds up well (how much does pairing actually change over time?).

Who do you pair with?
Trying to pair with @jonbuda more.
But I've paired most often with @adamwathan, @jackmcdade, and Ben Furfie.
I've also started doing more "design pairing" with @studiofellow and Steve Schoger.
I just checked out the app, I dev on Mac so I'm out. Anyone here practice pair programming? I have tons of mental block and this could be useful.
