Hey community!
I've just launched ParqEx and I would love to get some web design feedback.

cool app! there's a ton of content which is great, but maybe it's too much for one page. i didn't go through everything because there's so much, but here are my initial impressions

    • i like that there's a very clear place for my attention at the top "find or list a parking spot" but i dont like the social media bar above it
    • then the search is for... only finding? seems like a bit of trouble appealing to both ends of market at once. i might consider adding some visual style to clearly say "find a spot" "sell your spot"
    • oh yeah, i dont want to list a spot, i want to sell it. or rent it. or whatever, but listing it is weird isn't it?
    • you list a bunch of different buildings and then explain that selling an unused parking spot generates money differently for each one. at least i assume so, i only skimmed a couple since the text was so small. are all of these needed? maybe what's really relevant is appealing to the number of spots someone has available so like "single spot" "multi-spot" "partial lot" "full lot" "full parking building" or something, idk.
    • thinking again about searching for a spot, the search magnifying glass is covering some text. is that icon necessary? and arrive/depart is interesting... it helps me understand that this app helps me park my car for multiple days if i want to. so this clearly isn't a "i need a parking spot NOW or a i need a spot TODAY/TOMORROW" kind of app, is it? seems like multiple use cases which have multiple paths of discovery. one is like airbnb for cars and the other is like uber. i think you should cater to these two use cases separately, or just focus on one
    • the app screenshots below are meh. too much small text & the titles are meaningless to me
    • lower down there's more about features with the blue icons. this is more intriguing and should probably be higher up on the page if you're catering to the property owners

Looks good to me, I'd just add a list of 'recently listed spots' on the home page in order for potential users to see that the platform is active.
