[Part 1] The $10,000 Per Month Agency Story

I’m growing a new agency from 0 to $10k/mo profit with a pen name (right now, LIVE).

My 3 biggest learnings after the first week so far have been:

1- ONE PROVEN STRATEGY: You need to spend time coming up with a diagram of a proven strategy you can offer. This helps you get crystal clear on WHO will then benefit from that strategy.

2- DREAM 100 HIT LIST: Having a hyper-targeted list of people you can outreach to is just as (if not more) important than the outreach itself. You only want to contact people you know you can legitimately help.

3- ASK FOR HELP: I hit up ex-Sumo co-workers which led to me finding a really cool service that could help build my Dream 100 list. Otherwise I would have been stuck not knowing what I don't know and built the list myself.
