Partner for plants marketplace

I have a side project at an idea stage - a marketplace for plants/garden stuff, where people could sell and exchange plants, seeds and garden services/equipment.
I am a professional marketer based in London and would be responsible for project management, product management (I have years of experience in building and managing my customers projects and my own), naming, branding, building the community, content creation, marketing and sales. If we have a designer to join, the designer would probably be better suitable to take care of branding. I would like to split equity equal with +1% on my side as a leverage for making unpopular decisions as a CEO (I hope I'll never need that leverage).
I am happy with a small team of 2 (me+developer). I am also happy to have a bigger team (product manager, UX/UI designer, community manager, content manager (copy-writing, video content, podcasts, events e. t. c.) - just tell me your skills and the part you would like to play in the project).
