Partner in Learning Full-Stack Development

I recently picked up learning a few technologies with the idea of being able to build full-scale web apps on my own in few months down the line. Following straightforward stack (Laravel, Tailwind & possibly Livewise for SPAs). Though the learning pace is good, it sometimes gets difficult (and lonely) when I get stuck on a particular problem. I am looking for someone who is equally curious about learning these technologies, so we can sync up once or twice a week to discuss.

As a background, I have a full-time job so this is not something I am depending on to build a startup and make of living fast. It is completely out of interest curiosity & fun of creating stuff. Someone in a similar boat will make up a good partner(s) - comfortable day job and spending ~1-2 hrs a day learning programming.
