Pretty good to know where you live/where you're from as this is more of a legal issue than choosing a provider
yeah this is a pretty big issue in my case. I am actually from Uzbekistan which very few payment processors support. However, I am trying to do my business through Estonia.
I don't know what your budget is but if you're going for Estonia then you probably already know about the e-residency. I would just register a company there and use Stripe

No. I am not able to use it because of the place I am registered.
I believe you can actually use Stripe as an individual. You just consider yourself a "Sole Proprietorship" and you're technically a business.

As others have mentioned, Stripe will let you sign up as a Sole Proprietor (which effectively means "I need to money but I don't have a legally registered business")
After that, <shameless plug> try using Trolley to get you up and running in 5 minutes with no develope time :)
