Payment Side Hustle Idea - Need a Technical Partner in Europe

Hey guys,

So, I've been tossing around some ideas for a payments side hustle lately, and I'm realizing I desperately need a technical partner to bring them to life. I've got the payments industry experience – I've worked with all sorts of businesses (PayPal, Revolut, etc) across Europe on various projects – but coding is definitely not my forte. 😅

I'm based in Europe and looking for someone here too, ideally someone who's interested in payments and looking for a fun side project to work on. I've got a few concepts brewing, but I'm totally open to brainstorming and seeing what we come up with together.

This is purely a side hustle thing for now, so the commitment would be part-time to start. Think evenings and weekends, maybe grabbing a virtual beer and building something cool. Who knows, maybe it turns into the next big thing! 🚀

Shoot me a DM if you're intrigued. Let's see what we can create!

Similar interest but outside of Europe.

I see there are thousands of potential areas as payment partners specially trading market, igaming etc. I have huge interest to build something like skrill, sticpay, neteller. even i currently research about it.

so you want to get into one of the most difficult industries with no idea, no connections, and no funds, and you decide to look for an idiot to join you here ?
there are some juniors who don't know better and may be interested but don't think you will go anywhere with this approach.

Hi, I've spent my entire career in the payments industry (10+ years). I have ideas and connections, so I'm not sure I understand your comment. My goal isn't to start the next PayPal, but to find a simpler, payment-related side business.

He's saying that it is a very complicated industry and you're only offering a "virtual beer", meaning that we will have to pay for the physical beer ;)

Just think about the standard and legal obligations you have to fulfill when working with payment data...

I worked with Credit Card Tokenization in the past and it's close to a nightmare, quite expensive and thousands or development hours into it.
Not something suitable for IndieHackers ...

If you really have connections and the experience you say, send me a message, I can leverage my experience in this sector and on building & launching startups. But I will cost much more than a virtual beer.
