Receiving payments is a cornerstone to your business (you don't get paid otherwise 😛)
For some, Stripe is a no-brainer, for others Stripe is too expensive!
We tried to simplify this -sometimes- complex problem of selecting an appropriate payment gateway for SaaS Startups.
Some basic Takeaways:
• How a SaaS Billing Process works?
• What are the billing systems that are currently used?
• Why Stripe, Braintree or other?
• What suits to each individual company and why interchangeability is important?

Thank you! For the majority of contactless payments, there is no verification or requirement to print out a receipt, which enhances customer satisfaction. https://m4bank.com/ - we use the SoftPOS solution for accepting contactless payments.
For Stripe and other gateways like Braintree and EveryPay there is, while checking out.
It's not a prerequisite, but you can definitely do it.
Regarding contactless payments with a card, I am not really familiar about the legal requirements but I assume that exists a framework in regional or country level to necessitate receipts.
Is m4bank only available in Russia? Never heard of it before. In Greece where I am currently located, Viva Wallet is the most obvious choice.
Paddle is great for Saas
I like Paddle and is definitely an important miss on the report. (can't include them all).
We were more interested in payment gateways and payment clearings , rather than subscription management, however Paddle stands right next to Chargebee and Recurly.
