Payments SaaS: Website feedback request

Hey guys, after getting some feedback from clients and friends we came to the realisation that our marketing site was just not explaining our product very well. So, we went ahead and completely rebuilt our website. Really focusing on the product, features and social proof.

https://superpayit.com

I'd love to hear your thoughts on it thinking about a few things:

  • Do you understand what we do?
  • Is our pricing clear enough?
  • Any suggestions to make it better, I'm open to anything!

If you made it this far, you're amazing! Thanks 😊

p.s if you have any questions leave them as a comment or send me an email at [email protected]

I don't really understand what you offer. Do you offer an easier way to setup subscription methods in your Stripe account, or do you offer customisable collection forms to send users to? Is it an alternative to Stripe Elements but requiring less developer knowledge? For me the landing page tries to sell Stripe, not your business.

Page looks great though, great UI skills! 😀

At first i thought you were a merchant of records like paddle, but at the bottom I saw you're a stripe partner. Then you write it's free, but I know stripe charges a percentage.

    I have only two notes:

    1. I'm not a fan of the Intercom chat in general. It successfully dragged my attention away from "Hero text". I hoped to click on "Just browsing" text to close the chat but it got me into conversation :D I know, this is very very subjective. Don't rely on my opinion on that.

    2. If I understand correctly, generating links for payments is the selling point of this service, right? Because all the processing is made via Stripe and adds Stripe's commission to the equation?
Well, of course, I took a look at the features page and I know there is more, like "management features" etc...

Other than that it looks very clean and I like it! :) Good luck folks 🙌
