PDF forms - populate it from online form
I have pdf forms that need to be filled by my client and I, The forms are complicated and I want to streamline the process and dumb down the process for the client. I want to make the client fill out as much as possible on my site with a regular html form. Once submitted I want to take the values and populate the pdf form. From there I can review it and send it off to be digitally signed.
Currently I send them a smaller word document which then I copy and past into the pdf form. Its time consuming and prone to errors.
Does anyone have any solutions for this?
I am a developer but I do not have much experience with pdfs. I've looked online but I can't seem to find a solid solution.

Thank for the help, some one on irc chat told me about webmerge.me, I'm going to give that a try until I can roll my own to save money.
