People don’t act — even when they KNOW what's wrong.
One pattern I keep seeing:
Founders understand what’s wrong…
but nothing changes.
Not because they don’t care —
but because there’s still a gap between:
“This is a problem”
→ “This is happening to me”
So I started testing something:
Instead of explaining,
show them their own situation directly.
Example:
Instead of saying “your landing page is unclear”
→ show the exact moment they hesitate
→ what they’re thinking in those first seconds
The reaction is almost always:
“Oh… I didn’t even see that”
That’s where most conversion problems actually live.
Curious:
Have you seen the same pattern?
Where users clearly “get it” — but still don’t act?
