Personal link assistant

This is a personal problem. Every day I find a thousand interesting links to articles on medium/IH/PH and so on. I clearly can't read them at the speed I can find them, and I'm not even going to be able to read them all anyway. But I'm accumulating everything in chrome reading lists, Notion lists and so on. I do the same with my youtube watch later list.

I'm thinking of making some assistant on which I can drop new linsks VERY easily and quickly, and that already takes care of these links for me. Doing things like counting the number of words in the text, creating tags of content type/time that it is already in the list/day that was added and so on.

Is this just my problem or would it be useful for someone else?
