I wanted to use LLMs/OpenAI in an interesting way, so created personality test/audit software that's different from what's out there:
You can try it here: https://personalityaudit.com/
It's a larger niche than I realised, and with the help of AI was reasonably fast to build.
Happy to answer any questions! And would love to know what you think!
Hey, saw your post about your personality test/audit software, and I think it's really cool that you were able to incorporate LLMs/OpenAI into it. I took the test on your website, and I have to say, it was really interesting, and the report was super helpful. Have you heard of the sigma male personality test?
This is great and just tried it. Couple of comments:
I love that the input is open although after the 6th or so question I was already tired of typing and sharing experiences, also, what happens with my answers? A mix of open and closed input would be ideal
If the questions are open, then the limit of characters (currently set to 255) should be bigger or at least have a character count in the input box so that we are aware of it
The final personality score at the top (the average of all of them out of 10) is a bit weird because you're putting something so complex as a persons personality in a scale of 1 to 10. For people who have high values maybe they'll be fine but does that mean that people with < 5 should feel bad about their personality for example? I would suggest to think about a better way of showing the overall personality score.
This is really great feedback, thanks for taking the time.
Re: 1, do you think I should limit it to 5 open questions or do 10 but a mix?
Re: 3, it's a good point, needs some more reflection, something like a wheel/diamond graphic may be a lot more appropriate.
I think a mix? Leave the open input if people feel like none of the options are applicable I'd say.
Yes, worth having a look at a bunch of charts this library has https://nivo.rocks/
Yeah, will try mix, can see that as a good way of getting people through quick.
Thanks for Nivo! Looks like a radar chart would be good. Ideally I have a much longer report that x% of people are willing to pay for.
Really appreciate the thoughts!
