Comic books, memes, testimonials & chats, all have a common design pattern. They all use Speech Bubble to communicate a character’s message.

This is one of the oldest design patterns in the arsenal of a good communication designer.

So why use it in your ads?

Speech Bubble adds personality to an otherwise mundane ad.

It makes a product or service seem more friendly and approachable.

PS- The copy or text you write in Speech Bubble is most effective when you write it from First Person Point Of View.

Which means using,

“I”, “Me”, “We”, “Us” when addressing yourself.
