Whats 'AI' about it? the curation or the creation?

Cool, in our virtual coworking space we mostly use LoFi, and works quite well. How is this better?

I think there are 2 ways to prove the value of a product like this:

• Really, really outline the research behind it. At the moment all I see is this and the studies are at the bottom. Also most of them are more than 10 years old which gives me a red flag.

• Show that it works...can you get people to experience a change in "flow" in 30 seconds? Calm used to do this with their ads, telling you to take a deep breath for 10 seconds.
