Phase 3 shipped — 9 programmatic SEO pages, one template, zero duplicationFollowing up on the audit post from last week (Phase 1 + 2 fixes

Phase 3 — SEO Depth:
→ 5 city landing pages: Mumbai, Delhi, Jaipur, Surat, Chennai — each with local photographer cost benchmarks, city-specific jewelry focus, and a local testimonial
→ 4 jewelry-type pages: bridal, kundan, polki, temple jewelry — settings, model type, styling guidance per category
→ Single shared SeoLandingTemplate — new pages are a data entry, not a new build
→ FAQPage JSON-LD schema per page
→ All 9 URLs in sitemap.xml + sitemap.txt
→ Cross-linking hub (cities ↔ types) in footers for crawler discovery
Current numbers (staying honest, same as last post):
— Paying customers: 0
— Website visitors: slowly growing
— Conversion tracking: still not properly set up (fixing this before I add more pages, no point scaling traffic I can't measure)
Next — Phase 4: dashboard onboarding checklist, empty gallery CTA, credits-low banner, referral system, post-generation share prompts.

Respect for holding off on more pages until conversion tracking actually works, that's the discipline most people skip. We made a similar call after our own zero-sale stretch: added structured Product and Offer markup across our whole catalog for the same SEO-depth reason, then realized we still couldn't tell which of our listings anyone was even reaching, let alone converting. Half our traffic thesis turned out to be built on pages that weren't indexed yet. What are you using to close the tracking gap, event funnels or something simpler for now?

Thanks for the perspective! Glad to know I'm not the only one making this discipline call.
Right now, to close the tracking gap, I am keeping it super simple before diving into complex funnels. I am setting up standard custom events via Google Analytics (GA4) / Mixpanel to track exact clicks on the 'Generate' button and micro-conversions (like sign-ups and checklist completions).
Once that foundation is solid, I'll resume the traffic scaling. Appreciate you sharing your experience!
