PHP/Laravel and front-end developers for side projects

I have been working on several side projects and I'm soon taking up a full-time position. I would love to continue working on those projects but I need an extra hand. They are mostly PHP/MySQL for backend and CSS/HTML/JS for front-end. Will discuss profit sharing when monetized.
