Picking your tech stack for dummies (and the future)

You won’t pick all winners. As you grow and age, admit what tech isn’t scaling with the business and make an intentional plan to replace it. Do this sparingly, but make sure you do this. Major transitions take time, effort, and energy. You can’t afford to not make transitions over time, but you also can’t afford to make too many, or the wrong ones.

^^this was a big takeaway for me. when you are just starting out, you choose the technology that works for you and build what you can. But these days, technology is changing at the speed of light, and there are plenty of new tools. when something isn't working, it makes sense to look out into the market and see what other tools are out there that can be leveraged, yet its important not to make these decisions on a whim. Changing technology is a big commitment and decision, and shouldn't be taken lightly. moving to the wrong technology can have destructive impacts on your technology, but the right move can send it into high gear. if you are going to change technology, or explore new options, it's fine to move slowly, but not so slowly that you get left behind. So, all this to say, exercise your own judgement and keep one eye on the road and one eye to the future at all times -- without crashing the car.

I think deta.sh will be great for all requirements, it's amazing, I've been using it for 6+ month, they offer blazing fast microserver, free NoSQL DB and generous data storage. And also the SDK itself is very powerful, love them so much
