My first IH landing feedback post got a thorough roasting. I learned some valuable lessons. Jumping on a bandwagon, i.e the Ephemeral everything bandwagon ( disappearing videos, photos, resumes???) Isn't a great idea for a business.

So back to the drawing board.

A recent frustration for me has been the dehumanizing & opaque process that the current job seeker must endure. I'm making a point to stress the seeker in job seeker. The passive, in-work candidate has no incentive to run gauntlet of repetitive form filling and being ghosted in the vast majority of their applications.

So what if it was different?

Wouldn't it be great if you always got a reply, knew how long a take-home test was going to take and If the hiring committee typically takes 2 weeks to deliberate over a hire?
