Pivoted: Better market fit and value proposition?

I need some help. What do you think of these ideas?
[Old idea] An automated smart report that uses AI and expert knowledge to evaluate your product idea and give you expert tips.
I wasn't getting enough interest in my old idea, and it was going to be a difficult 3 or more months developing everything needed, so i decided to take a couple of steps back and offer something i can produce straight away.
[New idea] A startup costs report that includes:
- Consultation to help you choose your product's technology
- A BOM Estimate
- Manufacturing Cost Estimation
- Certification Costs
- Suggested Pricing Strategy
- Prototyping Equipment Suggestions
- Suggestions On Where To Save Money
- Free Consultation To Go Through The Report & Useful Resource Suggestions

i wasnt sure if this was for physical products, or software products, or both? i feel the page would be more persuasive if that was clearer. Also the different fonts/formats for the numbered lists jumped out at me...
That is a good point, i will try and make it clearer that it is for hardware, not a software-only product.
landing page is almost there but needs some more text formatting to make everything gel
