Pivoting from paid to free: A new strategy for logoshaper

Hey everyone,
I made Logoshaper a while in July, and it did alright, bringing little cash in August (≈200$). But the reality hit hard - I needed loads of people visiting the site to actually make a good amount of sales.

I got caught up in freelancing and other things in September, but now I’m back, and I’m thinking of changing things up. What if LogoShaper became a free tool? A bit lighter, easy to use, and completely free.

The plan is to focus on getting as many people as possible to use it, adding more free tools, focus on SEO. If that works, I might then think about adding some cool paid features.

Has anyone tried a similar strategy?
