Places to find design freelancers to improve your landing page

Hi folks, I am curious how people find freelancers to help out with design, be it:

• Website design
• Logos
• Animations
• etc.

I am aware of the following resources, but do not have experience with any, yet:

• http://dribble.com/ -- focused on the design niche
• https://www.fiverr.com/

I have also found places that work on subscription basis.

Please share your experiences in the comments!
