Planning to launch on PH for the second time

Hey there,
As we made a lot of improvements to our platform, we are planning to launch a new version of Keypup on Product Hunt in March.
Our first launch was in October and we didn't get a lot of upvotes.
Is it too soon to plan the second launch?
