Platform or Product?

I’m working on a new product that is essentially automating a manual cybersecurity process “Turbo Tax” style. What I’m realizing as I dive into this multi-stage process is that stage 1 could stand on its own as a product but in that scenario the use cases and ultimate buyer may be very different than my original design. I’m passionate about the original concept but could admittedly use the revenue from an early stage build before completing the entire build.

The question is whether I should just focus on that first stage and license as a platform module and later add module 2 and 3 finally culminating in the original design or wait until the full concept is realized to go to market. Again, completely different buyer profiles and likely very different marketing which may confuse messaging later.

Income under such a concept would be shared and so would taxes. But the payment on the platform would depend on the final price. As for example with the case of selling bonuses or games, as a programmer I can say that the development of the same game in https://sona9bet.in/ need to take into account the coefficients of the account and then give an offer on the rates

I prefer to go to market as fast as possible. When you start to go into market maybe also other pain points of your customers came up.
I would keep stage 2 & 3 as a landing page referring to the solution of your first stage.

I would start with Stage 1... that helps w/validation and can influence stage 2 & 3 once you have customers.
