Platform recommendation for community of writers that can support paid subscription?

I'm building a community for writers, which will be very text-heavy as it will include writers sharing their in-progress works/stories/novels/etc., looking for feedback and recommendations, and some other features.

Are there any platforms that come to mind that would be ideal for the above? A site that functions like IndieHackers (content posts from me, and a forum that is driven by subscribed users) sounds perfect, but I would need the ability to lock user-submitted posts to logged-in, paying users only (via Stripe subscriptions preferred). The reason for subscription is because I want to treat this like a micro-saas from day 1 and roll out premium features to subscribers, such as a newsletter.
