Platform to sell videos without subscription

Hey, is there a platform I can use to embed videos on my website and charge users for it?

Ideally I would like this platform to have the following features

• User can pay for a single video (e.g no subscription)
• I pay the platform part of revenue (e.g I don't want to pay for subscription)
• User doesn't have to register for platform
• User can pay and play video directly from my site.

I looked at unscreen and vimeo and none of them check all the boxes.

Any suggestions?
