Please critique my landing page!

Hello Fellow Hackers!

I have this idea of building a SaaS tool for AWS Billing for a while and I finally built a landing page for the service. I have no experience building landing pages so I’d love some feedback from you folks especially on:

  • Design / layout
  • Quality of the copy

This is my landing page: https://www.zenmetrics.io

I was heavily inspired by Buffer and how they ran their MVP test and this is what I was hoping to do.

Thank you!

    Some tips :)

    • I would change CTA - "Start Now"
    • Remove "Never worry about your AWS bill again!"
    • Add a CTA at the bottom
    • Add a FAQ
    • Add a Footer

Thanks a lot for your feedback! It was helpful and I have made some changes to the landing page based on your feedback!

Yep! Completely agree here. I felt a bit misled when the plans and pricing button was a modal to collect email. I think a “hop on the waiting list” would be more appropriate.

I love the Buffer example. I'll give some advice rather than some feedback.

I would explain the value you're bringing a little more in detail (bullet list). Maybe add some social proof (Maybe of people who have been unpleasantly surprised by this problem. )Possibly add something a little more benefit-oriented on your action button. "Dont be Surprised" "Learn to Work without worry again"(shorten this benefit but it gets the message across I think lol"

Also, if you want to tap a marketing community for makers with this request come on over:

    Hi Abhishek !

    • Make CTA button bigger.
Add more content as @mesthabro and @volkandkaya recommended, using same style and color scheme.

    Keep it up ! :)

        Hi Abhishek !
        This is much better !

        • I'd make cta color more bright, and add some border-round and more natural shadow for these 3 white blocks : http://prntscr.com/pcr7gz
          Great work, Abhishek !

You make a strong clear value proposition on the landing page, and as someone who has been hit with unexpected AWS bills in the past, I like the idea of a simple UI to monitor my expenses.

I would prefer to see the mailing list sign up form field on the landing page in place of the "plans and pricing" button. If you do keep a button there, consider finding a stronger call to action like "Sign me up!"

Also, the three cards at the bottom look good but could use a little more paragraph text.

I love the zenmetrics logo font and header gradient.

Make the "Daily reports" box the same height as "Alerting" & "Saving suggestions"

I really appreciate your feedback! I have made all the boxes the same height now!

Thanks for the feedback! I didn't include any pricing information on the page because honestly I have no idea what pricing would look like.
