Hey,
We're building a product to help teams deliver customer support directly in Slack. We have a ticketing system, knowledge base, reporting, team management functionality for companies that create shared slack channels with their customers and are worried about how it will scale (trust me, without tools it won't!).
Here's the link - excited to hear your feedback!

Sounds great on paper. How will visitors contact support without downloading Slack?
Wow, really like the site and the idea. Design is great, I am making a note of it for inspiration.
I like the idea a lot. The trick is finding customers whose customers prefer to use slack. I like the idea that if I have a problem let’s say with Spotify I can just chuck in a slack message to their channel and get back to work. Too often getting support means logging into something, checking email for response etc. I’d really like it if Microsoft used something like this rather than email based support.
I personally wouldn't want my team to do customer support in Slack. But that's just me.
Reason for me is that we prefer to have a dedicated customer support portal where agents login and reply to queries.
For us, Slack is for internal team communication.
If we use Slack for both, not sure how we can get things done as there would be tons of distractions -- though I'm aware that you can set up separate channels for customer service.
But I've seen apps like yours where the customer service is run via Slack.
Best of luck!
Thanks - what apps have you seen that run customer service in slack?
I forgot their names. But if I remember correctly, there are 2 of such apps that I can encountered.
I love the concept of centering some more CX awareness within Slack. I do have some concerns around how often notifications are delivered as it "seems" like this can congest Slack channels. I've added some additional feedback on That App Show
Wow, this is amazingly detailed feedback. Really appreciate it!
Hi @memn0nis,
Slack is a powerful tool, as teams spend more time on slack it's nice to have it within Slack. You have a simple website name, what you are offering is clearly described and well laid out.
As you may already know, ZenDesk is a well-reputed platform for customer support. I guess it would support slack integration, why should anyone select yours over ZenDesk ?
All the best.
Thanks for the feedback! The slack integration in Zendesk is super primitive! We do much more for companies that are trying to scale support through slack directly, such as auto-responses, knowledge base, triage directly in slack, etc. There's definitely no comparison :)
Good to know, maybe you could add this to your landing page ?
