Please engage my students - teaching marketing this fall at a university

Hey everyone, I recently received an opportunity to teach marketing at a university (woohoo).

Obviously I want to make it good and engaging for students and I plan on introducing them to Indie Hackers.

Here are some ideas I have for assignments/projects:

1. Get them to explore Indie Hackers and reflect on the kind of content they see, how people are connecting, the audiences that hang out on here, etc.

2. Even better, it'd be nice to actually show the students that they too can write on here and connect with people all around the world :) -- I know that'd be a mind-opening experience for some of them ("woah I spoke to someone in Europe today").

3. The very best scenario: a student connects with a fellow indie hacker and decides to do their social media marketing plan for that indie hacker's website/business -- this would be amazing.

My ask is that if you see some students posting, to give them a friendly shout out and welcome :)

If you have projects they could do for credit/bit of pay, that'd be excellent <3
