Was hoping to understand the key challenges you face if you are looking to hire people remotely... Do you think job boards are enough? What are your problems in recruiting a remote team?
Not really challenges, few key items to think of.
Trust.
Clear definition on the requirements/objectives (mutually understandable and agreeable).
3 ) Have a pilot program to validate some sample work and approach.
Well defined milestones and review process.
A strong process (operational).
Cultural differences (very rare conflicts).

I'd like to know this too..because I'm always looking for remote projects/teams(freelance web designer/WordPress/React.js) and so many companies want me to come into the office for no real reason that they can give me.
