Please provide feedback on my landing page for a B2B product launching in April

Hello! We're launching the product in April and looking for feedback on our Landing page.

This is a B2B product for customers who use AWS but are not really experts in using it. I'm looking to get feedback on the homepage around -

  • Look and Feel
  • Is the value clear?
  • Do you think this is something people would be after, if not what would?
  • What would you be prepared to pay?
  • Any other observations?

Than you everyone for your time. :-)

Here's the website link - https://dawnvox.com

Do you think this is something people would be after, does it solve a problem?

The first link on the page "Coming April 2024. Get notified when we're launching" doesn't do anything when clicking on it.

Even though the call to action is a big, black section, I actually missed it the first time and had to scroll back through the page to find it.

None of the buttons on the pricing section do anything. Is this section even necessary before you launch? It makes it feel like I could actually sign-up right now, but I can't. Maybe turn those buttons into "Get Notified When Available" buttons. (Or even something better phrased.)

Thank you will do this! Appreciate you taking a look :)

First of all, I suggest adding a header with a scrolling system so that when users click on "Pricing," they are taken directly to the pricing section.
Second, add more sections that display the problems you are solving and relate them to the users.
Third, update the FAQ section to include a dropdown feature for better user interaction.
Fourth, select more appealing fonts and increase the size of the paragraph text.
Fifth, don't forget the SEO, optimize the keyword throughout the page you are targeting to rank.

Thank you! May I ask what you find unappealing about the fonts? What do you prefer?

    Visually, the page looks great!

Content wise, I’d recommend leading with the problem you’re trying to solve. I see a list of solutions which are “nice” but can’t help feeling this is just one more tool (or several) I’m going to have to learn when I’m already overwhelmed with learning AWS. If the goal is to help me not have to learn AWS, say that up front.

Also, for the screenshot, I’d zoom in/crop a bit and focus on something that clearly articulates the value.

Just my initial thoughts. Looks beautiful!

This is really helpful thank you!

Your poll asks "does it solve a problem?"...if you don't know what problem you're solving, why did you build it other than for coding practice?

Firstly, I don't like the font.

Secondly, there's no header; I don't want to scroll to the bottom of the page to see the pricing table.

Thirdly, you should add a hero and a CTA section. Provide a concise and clear explanation, accompanied by images/videos, of the values you bring to users.

Fourthly, consider adding some motion to the components/sections to make the user experience more comfortable.

    :)

Thank you! What about the font don't you like? Do you mean the logo or fonts on the page? :)

None of the copy on the page tells me what this is, the only thing that gives me a hint is the screenshot

    Cloud Infrastructure for your Startup

Oh what another one? (Probably close at this point)

Launch your next big idea straight into AWS - no tech jargon, no complicated documentation, just smooth sailing.

Ok so your not a new cloud provider just a tool on top of AWS, but what/why (and there are many such "simple" options for easier deploys seems like mushrooms after the rain)

The rest of the titles sound like normal service point about security, availability and such

What's new here? What's interesting? What's special? Why should I listen/read all of this?

Well said but as a developers I would genuenly use this because AWS can be way too complex to use and develop if you are a self taught developer for example. There should be a free play though since this is just a tool

      1. 1

thank you! yes I plan to have a free option for sure!

      2. 1

How does this compare to the more well know easy deployment offers on the market?

        1. 2

This is my thought also. There are tons of these, and most of them are already well-established.

That's not to say it won't work, that they won't get customers. Just it's not differrent as far as I can see, and has the risk of being new.

So then I wonder who the target customer is - is it for self-taught developers like @IMPixel says? If that's the case, then the marketing message of the landing page should reflect that more strongly.

          1. 1

Thank you for sharing this! The target audience is indeed self taught devs or non-technical founders who want to use AWS but often spend many frustrating hours trying to figure it out when really it could be so simple IF they knew how.

Clearly though my messaging is off so I need to update this.

I will also record a product demo for when we launch. My aim or point of difference is that I want to enable the following:

            1. Literally make this as easy as clicking a few buttons.
            2. Run everything within your own AWS account
            3. Not be locked in to using some other platform
            4. Everything set up with best practice in mind and analytics/monitoring
            5. Nice easy to understand UI

I have a ways to go yet so the initial offering will be simpler.

Really appreciate all the input on this!
