This looks good, but it's too basic to be a "landing page" (it's more of a coming-soon page/or a sign-up form).
I personally don't know what "Zillow" is, maybe have some info on hover or when you click it.
You should also add some small text or a link to a privacy page describing what happens to the email address.

Conversion rate depends on the traffic you're sending to it.
The page is very straight to the point. I agree with the point by Sergey that the only thing which is kind of missing is how you estimate the value? If this is hard to explain, Or you want this to remain secret. Then I would suggest getting social proof on the page as soon as you have customers. This will increase trust in the validity of your estimation.

The page has a nice promise! I'm sure it is a question that is asked many times by the target audience. I would personally question where do you get this data from? Is it accurate? Why should I trust you?
