Please roast our website. We're all ears for your advice 🙏🏻

Hey IndieHackers! 👋

We've built a collaborative SEO tools named SEO-GO. It's designed to be an SEO platform that integrates with common SEO features such as site audit, site explorer, competitor analysis, on-page checker, and more on the development.

Here's the landing page: https://www.seo-go.top/

And this is a screenshot of our current landing page:

When we created this platform, we're trying to make collaboration between marketing and tech teams easier. We'd love some feedback on:

  • Is our landing page clear about what we provide?
  • Would you sign up? Why/why not?
  • Do our pricing make sense to you? Why/why not?

We'd love to know when you're doing SEO, is team collaboration a matter for you? How would you usually do your SEO, if not being a solo SEOer?

Thanks a lot!

Hi @gewzk. I must say that the UI of your website looks very clean and smooth, and the images are incredible. I have a few suggestions to make it even better:

    1. The input field in the Hero section doesn't explain why the user needs to paste a link and what will happen. To make it clearer, you could add a brief explanation of how your website optimization tool works and what benefits the user can expect by using it. Also, consider placing the text "Optimize your website now" closer to the input field in the Hero section.

    2. Currently, when a user submits a link for analysis, they are redirected to a login page. This can be discouraging for potential users who want to see the results of the analysis before committing to creating an account. Consider providing users with a preview of the analysis results, showcasing some of the recommendations, and using the pretext of "find out everything else" to encourage users to register or purchase your product.

    3. When a user scrolls to the bottom of a page and then clicks on the "Pricing" button in the header, the scroll position stays the same, and the user does not see the top of the page. This can be frustrating for users who are trying to navigate your website. Consider implementing a smooth scroll effect or a page jump so that users are automatically taken to the top of the Pricing page when they click on the button in the header.
