Our main selling point is that customers can pause their monthly subscriptions -- so if they don't have work for a full month, they can pause their subscription and use it at a later date without being charged again.

We have an asynchronous process, where everything happens using our custom-developed platform -- clients add requests and review the work we've done, on their own timetable.
