PMHNP Hiring — week 6 update. $0 revenue, 583 active users, avg position 2.9 on Google.

Built a niche job board for psychiatric nurse practitioners → pmhnphiring.com
no funding, no team (just me ), no ads budget.
here's where we're at after ~6 weeks:
Google Analytics (last 7 days):

583 active users (up 87.5% from previous week)
2m 07s avg engagement time (up 7.7%)
5.9K events (up 79.4%)

Search Console (last 7 days):

489 clicks
20.7K impressions
2.4% CTR
avg position 2.9

the clicks chart is what gets me. you can literally see the hockey stick starting on the right side. went from ~40 clicks/day to 120+ by end of week.
what's working:

SEO. we're ranking page 1 for most PMHNP job queries now. avg position 2.9 means we're basically top 3 for everything we rank for
10K+ jobs across 50 states, updated daily. 73% show salary (Indeed doesn't do that)
engagement time over 2 min means people are actually using the site, not bouncing

what's not working yet:

$0 revenue. still in free launch mode. want to nail the product before charging employers
social media presence is basically zero. just started content production

stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, Stripe (ready but not charging yet). built most of it with Cursor + Claude.
the bet: PMHNPs are one of the fastest growing healthcare roles (35% projected growth through 2034). nobody's built a dedicated job board for them. Indeed and LinkedIn bury PMHNP jobs under generic nursing results.
not sure when we flip the revenue switch. probably once we hit 1K+ weekly active users and have employers asking to post directly.
happy to answer questions. mostly posting this so future me can look back and see how it started.
