POC ready project looking for mobile dev

We are two founders who are developing a project and have interested investors already but our CTO is unavailable due to the birth of his daughter and he's enjoying that moment of life (can't really blame him! :D)
The idea will be presented in the first quarter of 2021. It is mainly a mobile app oriented at resolving a specific need for sales people and will make way for a new kind digital sales tools in the market which have not been conceived yet.
The best of all is that the technical challenge can be pushed back untill after the investment round.
