Podcast to video SaaS

I love the idea actually. The pain you solve is for all the podcasters who do not want to care much about the video edition. Even if they film it directly you can provide service to make it way more sick and professional. Pay per gig. This is how I would go about the MVP so that you can demo something.

Chose 3 different topics/areas of podcasts, like cooking, dating and gaming.
Get 3 podcasts for each topic.
Get 10 photos per area. Bonus for going directly with videos.
Come up with 3 story boards for each topic. This is the tough creative part because you want to create magic so that audio, visual and emotion connect well.
Put it all together. First manually with Adobe After Effects or your video editor of choice.

Now you can show off input and output. Verify against the crowds on e.g. TikTok.

The first question is who needs it? and why? what value are they trying to get?...

Like the minimal thing which I assume would exists is take an audio track + an image and just make a video with a single image.
