Podcasting my Huge indie journey

I recently started building out a new private-first podcast host called Huge (huge.fm).
I've been building in public on Twitter for years (ilo.so, cove.chat and gloathost.com were all shared on Twitter first), but this time I've decided to dogfood my product and publish a regular podcast while I build it out!
I'm blogging/podcasting every week in a member-only podcast called Building Something Huge, sharing all the ups and downs, lessons and updates from building Huge towards 1,000 hosted podcasts.
