I use Notion (notion.so) for pretty much everything now. I have both a work and personal workspace and keep track of things such as to-do lists, events (calendars) , bookmarks, work tasks (kanban), finances, mood boards etc.

I've seen it be used for habit tracking etc. but I haven't delved in to that too much.

I'd definitely recommend it if having track of lots of things in one place helps to relieve stress like it does for me.

I use it too! Definitely, love Notion for its simplicity and flexibility

Books. The best source of self-development material. Youtube/blogs is good as well, but books, especially well known, have more material and easier to absorb than looking in the sea of repetitive or mediocre youtube videos or blogs posts.

    Apart from that:

    1. TickTick for any task management - Anything in sort of "do this" "remember this" "take pills" goes to TickTick.
    2. Wunderlist - Mainly because I've started to use it with my SO before TickTick and I dont want her to move to TickTick, so we use Wunderlist for shareable lists like shopping, fun things to do etc.
    3. Habithub - for habit building aka Dont Break the Chain
    4. Jefit for sports
    5. Google keep for notes and lists - ideas, general things to remember
    6. Trello - task management of my personal project
    7. Google Calendar - event scheduling
    8. When I used to meditate, I used Calm. Right now I do not meditate much

Yes, I'd vote for books too. I am kind of people who are called "bookworms", but even tho I need support when I try to adopt insights and key tips from books in my daily routine

    I use the following:

    • Medium for reading interesting articles on software development, AI, and life hacks
    • Anki - used daily for spaced repetition (I created multiple decks)
    • Youtube from time to time to watch interesting videos and tutorials

Daylio for mood tracking is awesome

Loop Habit Tracker for habit tracking - simple, just works

Funny you mentioned Strava, I've been using it since it was launched. My phone battery died once when I was most likely beating a PR on a brutally-deadly climb (biking) it's when I realized I was biking for the Strava, and the exercise was a bonus...

    • Pocket to save articles I read on my kobo.
    • devoir to do recurring chores/habits
    • pedometer++ to measure streaks off my step goals

Obvious choice: Youtube - a place to learn languages, philosophy, how to code. And an endless source of stories, both fiction and non-fiction.

Less obvious choice: Tandem (language exchange app) - great for languages and really cool community.

I only use a Keep-fit app (called "Keep") to track my running exercises.

Keep by Google or another one Keep?

Another 'Keep', not by Google, it's a very popular app in China.

But I think there should be many similar apps.
