Poor Paddle business verification experience. Should we try Lemon Squeezy?

I've been working with Paddle to verify the business to start accepting payments for a new SaaS - Moonpad.io.

Online it says it takes 3 - 5 business days, however, we've been in the process for over 2 weeks, sharing and resharing documents.

There is nothing special or unique about the business registration; it is a regular Delaware C-Corp.

Wondering if other people had a similar experience?

A few friends recommended trying out Lemon Squeezy. Has anyone used them for SaaS payments?

Thanks

Late reply, but yes!! I've been having the exact same issues. I had to create multiple Paddle accounts in order to have separate webhook urls for each product I sell, and it's a bit of a hassle because verification is so slow.

Did you find an alternative that suits your needs?
