Possible Mastermind

So I have had a thought, I know there are a few groups and meetups that already offer this, but is anyone open for doing a master mind style meet up. The sole purpose of the Meetup would be to allow us to share our problems that we are currently facing and then come up with suggestions as to how said problems can be solved.
We are all at different stages in our journeys but we all have skills that can be of value to one another so why not help each other.
For instance I have got a lot of skills in consulting, business and software engineering (Designs and implementing technical designs). Others have skills in an array of many different areas and by working together we can get access to suggestions and ideas that would otherwise be a lot harder to find.
Simply I want to start / create a monthly or by weekly, online meet up for the simple purpose of helping one another.
Would anyone be interested or have ideas on how to make something like this work?

There are mastermind groups associated with the breakfast but these meetings are no charge are open to anyone who is a serious entrepreneur. We have been holding them in Silicon Valley since 2006. You can learn more about the group at https://www.bootstrappersbreakfast.com/
I am part of a mastermind but I would be cautious about trying to group this with a "meetup" in the traditional sense.
In a mastermind I am way more open about my affairs than I would be in a large scale meetup where people are coming and going. Also in a mastermind, I have been with the same 2-3 people over a long period of time so they know my history.
I had one idea for a semi-related meetup. I would call it something like Product Homework. It would be a monthly meetup (or maybe even bi-weekly) where each meeting would focus on a single topic related to product development. In the meeting we would discuss something like SEO and the homework would be actionable tasks to improve your product SEO (or customer support, or documentation, or automation -- you get the idea). At the followup meeting we'd start by going over how people did their homework -- and then get intro the next homework assignment.
