Possible to save a podcast episode link with a timestamp?

Does anyone have a good solution for saving a link to a podcast episode at a particular timestamp?

I like taking notes when I listen to podcasts, and I'd like to insert links to the episode at specific timestamps for reference. Similar to YouTube links with timestamps e.g. https://youtu.be/DKtBRseYUbo?t=1780

Ideally, it would be a link that I could save in a note-taking app like Notion or Evernote, and it would hopefully be "future-proof" (i.e. still work years from now), and shareable with other people. Also ideally would be on a web-browser since I do most of my listening/work at a computer.

The only thing I could find is Google Podcasts on Android but I was hoping for a desktop solution and also I'm an iPhone user and this feature is only available on Android, and also Google tends to kill non-core products like this so I'm worried that these links won't be future-proof.

Thanks!

    Hi @stevenkkim
Check out my app doppler.fm that does exactly what you're looking for. You can create clips and add comments and images too.
Let me know how you go.
